The United States of America and Japan are two separate countries with their own presidents. The current president of the United States (as of my knowledge cutoff of 2021) is Joe Biden, and the current prime minister of Japan is Fumio Kishida. It's not possible for one person to be the president of both the United States and Japan simultaneously.
